Proposing “ecocinema” as a new critical framework, the volume collectively investigates a wide range of urgent topics in today’s world: Chinese and Western epistemes of nature and humanity; the dialect of socialist modernization amid capitalist globalization; shifting configurations of space, locale, cityscape, and natural landscape; gender, religion, and ethnic cultures; as well as bioethics and environmental politics. The book is a timely engagement with Chinese cinema’s ecological consciousness in a historic moment of unparalleled environmental crises and destruction. 新北賞鳥懶人包 4處推薦景點
（中央社記者黃旭昇新北13日電）新北市一年四季都能觀賞野鳥。市府農業局整理「新北賞鳥懶人包」，提供4處新北市精華賞鳥景點，讓市民朋友可以於假期時，帶著家人朋友，一同踏青賞鳥！
台灣有紀錄的野鳥的的種類有626種 (2014年資料)，其中留鳥155種，候鳥跟迷鳥約455種，外來種及籠中逸鳥約16種，而新北市可觀賞到野鳥的種類約466種 (中華鳥會鳥類名錄) ，可說一年四季都能觀賞野鳥。
為使民眾知道新北市有那些賞鳥的地點，農業局今年推出「新北賞鳥懶人包」，提供實用的賞鳥資訊，內容包括賞鳥9問，台灣保育類鳥類，鳥類特徵、賞鳥精華景點與賞鳥資訊相關網站等，想知道那裡可以賞鳥、賞鳥時要注意那些事項？哪裡可以查詢野鳥相關資訊？就從「新北賞鳥懶人包」裡發現。
農業局長李玟表示，野鳥是我們生活環境中最多彩多姿、最活潑靈巧，最容易發現的物種，全台可觀賞到野鳥約626種，新北市境內就能看到三分之二以上。在濕地、公園、市區、郊區、溪邊、海邊甚至高山上，均可發現鳥類蹤跡，從巨大的蒼鷺、大冠鷲，到嬌小的綠繡眼，不需跋山涉水、花太長時間或太多金錢，就能輕鬆觀賞鳥野。
農業局林務科也提醒民眾，賞鳥時要注意安全，不要進入濕地水域，不要留下垃圾，更不要驚嚇野鳥，要準備長袖保暖衣褲、遮陽帽、防蚊液、飲水等，只要不颳風下雨的氣候條件，不難發現野鳥的蹤跡，一年四季均為理想的賞鳥時間，應注意自身安全，最好結伴同行，避免發生意外。
建議賞鳥前先閱讀「新北賞鳥懶人包」並嚴守不破壞棲地，不干擾牠們的生活，不隨意摘鳥巢，這樣才能享受與賞鳥的樂趣。1041213
