新北競價收購河川高灘地

新北市政府為提供市民廣大的河濱休閒遊憩空間，今年度持續以「競價收購」方式辦理河川高灘地私有土地採購計畫，由土地所有權人視其意願自行投標，以加速新北市河濱公園開闢面積設置河岸休閒綠地供市民使用。

新北市政府高灘地工程管理處前於一○二至一○四年度共計完成十七次競價收購招標作業，計取得八公頃土地，為持續推動高灘地私有地競價收購計畫，預計於一○五年一月二十六日起辦理本年度第一次招標作業，並按土地登記簿謄本上所載住址，寄發投標文件予符合投標資格之土地所有權人，並於一○五年三月二十五日下午二時三十分辦理第一次開標作業，有意願參與投標之土地所有權人，務必於一○五年三月二十四日下午五點前將投標文件以郵寄或專人送達新北市政府高灘地工程管理處一樓秘書室，以利開標作業。

符合投標資格之土地所有權人請留意收取本次收購案之招標通知，若有疑義或未收到信件者，可至該處官方網站（網址http://www.rhbd.ntpc.gov.tw）。
