雨天行車 勿猛按喇叭別超速
新北市警察局交通警察大隊大隊長林泰裕今天表示，北台灣將進入陰雨綿綿的季節，提醒駕駛人雨天開車應保持安全距離、降低車速，也不要猛按喇叭，以免嚇到機車騎士造成滑倒。
林泰裕表示，最近正值季節交替，氣候多變化，尤其是北台灣受東北季風影響，經常連續幾天都處於陰雨綿綿的狀態，對於駕駛人來說相對提高行車意外的風險。
他表示，雨天行車輪胎抓地力較差，容易在胎面和水面間形成水膜，造成車輛偏移、甩尾和制動距離加長等情況，特別是在瞬間緊急煞車會導致後輪鎖死造成打滑，使車輛失去平衡，導致意外事故發生，因此，雨天千萬不要超速行駛，讓自己有足夠的時間反應，避免緊急煞車。
林泰裕提醒開車民眾，遇到下雨時應該立即開啟大燈，不管要左轉或右轉，注意兩側的機車，最好保持足夠的間距，保持的間距愈大，一方面不會撞到機車，另一方面地面積水也不會濺在機車騎士身上。
他說，雨天開車記得打方向燈，讓機車知道開車者的動向，好讓機車族準備減速或調整車道。
此外，他表示，雨天在機車後方要超車時，不要猛按喇叭，避免有些人受到驚嚇導致車輛失控滑倒，應先注意左側車道是否有足夠空間，可以超車再進行。
林泰裕提醒，下雨天時跟車距離應加長，因為路面濕滑，剎車距離會加長，因此務必保持行駛間的安全距離。
